Legendary Ray Ray’s barbecue adds a one-of-a-kind barbecue experience for you and your guests. We are ready to help you plan a meal that matches your function and budget when you need to feed a gathering of more than 50 guests; weddings and rehearsal dinners, grad parties, business functions and outings, anniversaries and more.
Our Catering Orders are designed for large events for 50+ people with delivery and setup options.

We’re very grateful that you thought of us, but we unfortunately don’t offer this service at this point in time.

2) CUSTOM MENUS - we’ll work with you to create the best selection for your memorable occasion.
1) WE DELIVER, DROP & SET, hot and ready delivered to your location.
2) YOU PICK-UP, everything ready for you to pick up at a convenient Ray Ray’s location.
We’ll work with you to confirm your function date/time, the menu, and optional items then provide you with an itemized catering service contract. A $500 deposit and signed catering contract is required to hold your date. The balance is due one month prior to your event.
$850 minimum on all catering (50+ guests suggested)
A 10% catering services fee added to all orders
We are available to respond to the inevitable changes in guests counts, menu needs, locations or pick-up arrangements, all those last-minute changes and requests. We may not be able to adjust for every request, but it’s important to us that you and your guests are happy and well fed.

Carolina Pulled Pork, Martin’s potato rolls, coleslaw, choice of 1 side, Carolina and sweet BBQ sauces, and dry rub potato chips.
Chicken $19 p/guest
Choice of Grilled BBQ or Jerk Chicken, Martin’s potato rolls, red cabbage slaw, choice of 1 side, and dry rub potato chips.
Beef Brisket $27 p/guest
Beef Brisket, Martin’s potato rolls, coleslaw, choice of 1 side, Spicy and sweet BBQ sauces, and dry rub potato chips.
$30 p/guest
Your choice of 2 meats and 3 sides, Martin’s potato rolls, and sweet & spicy BBQ sauces.
$40 p/person
A little bit of all our best! Beef brisket, pulled pork, jerk chicken, Texas hot links and spareribs, choice of 3 sides, sweet & spicy BBQ sauces, and Martin’s potato rolls.

Beef Brisket: Smoked low and slow to the point of tender goodness, sliced to show off its thick dark bark and kept in it’s own smoky, savory juices.
Pulled Pork: Pork shoulders with our signature spice rub, smoked for fourteen hours, and hand-pulled.
Spicy Jerk Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, marinated then grilled, hit with our custom jerk spice blend, then covered in our own secret recipe, spicy jerk sauce.
Sweet BBQ Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, marinated then grilled and smothered in our house-made sweet barbecue sauce.
Dry Rubbed Spareribs, Rib Tips or Baby Back Ribs: Dry rubbed ribs are smoked to perfection then kissed on the grill before serving.
Cauliflower Burnt Ends [vegetarian]: Smoked, dry rubbed cauliflower with your choice of spicy jerk or sweet BBQ sauce.
Mac and Cheese: a classic, creamy, cheesy sauce over mac.
Pit-Baked BBQ Beans: sweet and smoky baked beans with brisket and barbecue sauce.
Sweet Cole Slaw: crisp, tangy mayo-based coleslaw.
Collard Greens w/ Pork: slow cooked, seasoned greens with smoked pork.
Dry Rub Potato Chips: Kettle cooked chips with Ray Ray’s signature BBQ spice rub.
Simple Salad: Mixed greens, matchstick carrots and cherry tomatoes with choice of dressings.
Banana Pudding: Creamy pudding layered with nilla wafers, fresh bananas, whipped cream and hint of cinnamon
Cornbread Fruit Cobbler: southern style cobbler made with sweetened cornbread instead of cake. Rotating seasonal flavors.
